Banana & Papaya Smoothie

Ingredients :
1 papaya  *chop in pieces.
1 ripe banana *chop in pieces.
3/4 fresh milk ( you also can substitute with Almond Milk
*ice cubes if you want ^.^
Honey ( if you want )

Banana & Oat Smoothie

Banana , Apple & Papaya Smoothie

-Tuesday-
Orange & Apple Smoothie

-Wednesday-
Dark Chocolate & Banana Smoothie

-Thursday-
Avocado Vanilla Smoothie

Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Avocado , Kiwi & Banana Smoothie
